Getting started
How do I save a link?
Piqd lives in the share menu of your other apps.
- Open YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or your browser.
- Tap Share on a video, post or page.
- Choose Piqd.
You will see a short “Saved to Piqd” message. Piqd opens and files the link for you.
Don't see Piqd in the share menu? Scroll the row of apps to the end and tap More.
Do I need to open Piqd first?
No. Sharing to Piqd opens the app and saves the link. If you are signed out, the link is saved once you sign in.
Which apps can I save from?
YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and web pages from your browser. Other apps that offer a share menu may work too, but these are the ones we support.
Your saves
How does Piqd organise what I save?
Piqd reads what you save and files it into a category such as Food & Recipes, Travel, Technology or Music. There are no folders to manage. Anything Piqd can't place waits in your Inbox.
You can also change the category of a save, or add your own categories in Settings → Manage Categories.
How do I find something I saved?
Use Search with a word or two, or browse by category. Bookmark your favourites, and use For Later for links you want to come back to.
What is Discover?
Discover shows popular picks shared by other Piqd members, so you can find new things. Press and hold a pick to hide it or report it.
I deleted something by mistake. Can I get it back?
Yes. Deleted saves go to Settings → Recently Deleted and stay there for 30, 60 or 90 days, depending on the setting you choose. You can restore them from there.
Why is a picture missing on an older save?
Some apps, Instagram in particular, make their picture links expire after a while. The link to the post still works, but the picture can stop loading.
Your account
Why did my save go to a different account?
Piqd saves to the account you are signed in to in Piqd. A shared link doesn't carry any information about which Google account you use in YouTube or Instagram, so those can differ. To see which account Piqd is using, tap your photo.
How do I sign out?
Tap your photo, open Settings, and choose Sign Out.
How do I delete my account?
Tap your photo, open Settings, and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and everything you saved, and it can't be undone.
Your Google or Apple account on your phone isn't deleted. Only your Piqd account and its data are removed. If you sign in again afterwards, you start with a new, empty Piqd account.
Can I use more than one account?
Piqd uses one account at a time. To switch, sign out and sign in with another one. When you tap Sign in with Google, the list of accounts you see is provided by your phone, not by Piqd.

Email us at support@intellivanz.com. If something isn't working, tell us what you did and what you expected, and include your phone model if you can.
How do I report something inappropriate?
In Discover, press and hold the item and choose Report. You can also email support@intellivanz.com.
