1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Piqd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Piqd lets you save links and posts you share from other apps (such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and your browser) into one organized, searchable library. Piqd fetches publicly available preview information (a title, description, and image) for the links you save; it does not access your accounts on those platforms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Piqd.
4. Your Account
You sign in to Piqd using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Piqd to save, store, or share illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of the platforms you share content from (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) when using Piqd alongside them.
6. Your Content & Ownership
You retain all rights to the content you save. Piqd stores only a link and a small preview (title, description, image) for each saved item — not a copy of the underlying video or image. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and access the content you share into Piqd.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Piqd may offer an optional paid subscription. When available, subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their respective payment terms, billing cycles, and cancellation policies — Piqd does not process payments directly. These terms will be expanded once in-app subscriptions are implemented.
8. Termination
You may stop using Piqd and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Piqd is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that saved-item previews will always be accurate or available, that suggested categories will be correct, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piqd and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you within the app.
